Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Bobcat-Company is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s), minus any shipping charges.
If you refuse any shipments from Bobcat-Company, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to us.
If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your postal service. Bobcat-Company does not assume responsibility for packages marked as delivered and will not issue refunds in these cases.
